A lost and found recipe

Two servings of apple and potato rosti on a blue plate, garnished with chives, accompanied by a cup of tea or coffee.

Recently I was going through an old diary and came across this recipe for apple and potato rösti. The funny thing is, I don’t even remember writing it, but I do recognise my scribbles :D. Has this ever happened to you?

Anyway, I decided to give the recipe a go for brunch, and it turned out to be a real treat!
